AUA Meeting Mentor-Mentee Program
The FAER Academy of Research Mentors in Anesthesiology hosts a mentor-mentee program at the Association of University Anesthesiologists (AUA) meeting. The program pairs junior faculty presenters at the AUA meeting with members of the Research Mentor Academy. The goal of the program is to promote research and mentorship in anesthesiology, to provide mentorship on the value of an investigative career and to help the mentee develop a long-term relationship with the mentor.
