2010 HOST DEPARTMENT Applications and Deadlines

Please read the complete MSARF 2010 Host Department Application Overview (PDF) before preparing and submitting an application.

Host application packets must be submitted electronically to the FAER office no later than 5 p.m. Central on Friday, December 11, 2009. Incomplete application packets or application packets received after the deadline will not be considered. The application packet consists of the following materials:

Form 1: Host Department Contact Information Form (MS Word)
Form 2: Host Department Questionnaire (MS Word)
Form 3: Host Department Project List (MS Word)
Form 4: Mentor Biosketch (MS Word) - Complete one sketch for each mentor listed on the application

Email the completed application packet to Mary Schrandt, FAER MSARF Program Coordinator, at schrandt.mary@mayo.edu.

Host department applications due: 5 p.m. Central, December 11, 2009
Host department notices of awards mailed: December 18, 2009

Email all application materials to Mary Schrandt, FAER MSARF Program Coordinator, at schrandt.mary@mayo.edu no later than February 1, 2010. Applications received after February 1 will not be considered.

Student applications due: February 1, 2010
Student notices of awards mailed: February 22, 2010
ATTENTION: Due to the unprecedented number of student applications submitted this year, notices of awards will not be mailed until March 5, 2010. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
